The professional field of designers is extremely versatile and varied: whether as a graphic designer, photo designer, filmmaker, object and room designer or scenographer - the exciting combination of curiosity, creativity and applied knowledge on the one hand and the Dealing with the latest technology, on the other hand, can be found in every area of design. Designers play a key role in shaping the globalized world - original and innovative, critical and sustainable, with a keen eye for social needs. The design department at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences has therefore set itself the goal of providing students with well-founded and future-oriented training for the constantly changing professional fields in design.
