Juli Gudehus collects. Some of her works have already emerged from this. She started her loose-leaf collection of toilet paper from all over the world, comprising over 1,000 copies, in order to be able to illustrate a calendar for the year 00. While the world is still waiting for it, July finally opened its treasure chest at the beginning of the Corona period - on the occasion of the associated run on this supposedly so mundane consumer item. Your specialty is something special. Comparing apples and pears is their daily bread. She designs, advises, accompanies, researches, gets excited, stimulates, writes and collects. She learns and teaches, counts peas, hesitates, asks, dares and wonders. She loves to make connections between phenomena, people and things. Language and everyday culture are rich sources for their work. July shines when sparks jump from it and make people smile.
