LEA GANZEK (screenplay & direction), EVA HÖRMANN (screenplay & camera) and MERILY ROSERO YÉPEZ (sound design) are able to realize their short film “Twilight Status” as a bachelor's degree at the Department of Design at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences thanks to generous financial support from the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW.

The project is carried out by ASTRID BUSCH (film) and Prof. J.u. Lensing (sound) supervised. In the fictional film, which is based on a true story, a teenager from the Allgäu falls into a coma after being attacked. He can neither move nor see anything. However, his mind remains awake. Alone and at the mercy of his thoughts, Marlon has to face his inner fears, overcome the unspoken conflicts with his mother and find a way back to life.
