Location: MOP2, Aula Design
moderated by Prof. Prof. h.c. Dirk Gebhardt
In his guest lecture at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Frank Robert talks about his job as head of the photo department of the Austrian daily newspaper "DER STANDARD," but also looks back on his work as a photo artist: How can profession and vocation be combined here? And what does everyday life in a photo editorial office actually look like? Which photographic works make it into a daily newspaper or magazine? Which visual language stands out and sticks in people's minds?
After the presentation, there will be plenty of time to discuss more topics with each other.
In addition to his guest lecture, Frank Robert will be available for some portfolio reviews!
